Travel the world this summer @ your NPR library! - Summer Reading Registration begins May 15!

  • Ages 0-6 - Sign up your child for our "Summer Read to Me Program 2008."
    Get your child a NPR passport and let our Tuesday programs take you and your child away each week to a different part of the world. Listen to stories from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America.  Read to your child each week and enter a chance to win one of our weekly prizes. Registration starts May 15.

  • Ages 6-12 - Sign up your child for our "Summer Reading Program 2008."
    Get a passport and let our Wednesday programs take your child away each week to a different part of the world. Enjoy crafts and activities from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America.  Children may read books each week for a chance to win one of our weekly prizes. Registration starts May 15.

June 11, 18, 25 and July 9, 16, 23

 

  • Ages 13-17 - Sign up for our "Teen Summer Reading Program 2008."
    Take a break from reading and attend our Thursday programs. Enjoy Anime and Wii games. Read books each week for a chance to win one of our weekly prizes.

  • Ages 6-17 - Finish the week by enjoying a performance from one of our many professional entertainers as they travel to Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America. You must be registered in one of our summer reading programs to attend. Registration starts May 15.

  • All ages - Attend our special "Grief and Loss Puppet Show" courtesy of Gulfside Regional Hospice. This program is intended for families that have recently suffered a pet or family loss.
