One-on-One Help

One-on-one tech help is available by appointment on Mondays from 2pm-3:30pm and Thursdays from 11am-12:30pm. These half-hour sessions are open to anyone who needs help with tech basics like setting up an email account, navigating the internet, or learning to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Please note: Library staff are able to provide technical assistance for up to 15 minutes per request. If the issue cannot be resolved within that timeframe, additional support can be scheduled via a one-on-one Tech Help session.
